Our new VIPER 20 portable data acquisition system is designed to streamline valve testing in power plant applications. It contains the conditioning modules and software necessary to monitor output signals from most commercially available transducers. Depending on your needs, it can be configured to monitor Motor Operated Valves, Pneumatic Valves, Check Valves, and Solenoid Operated Valves.
The VIPER 20 system is comprised of an integrated Signal Conditioning Unit (SCU) that communicates over a high-speed network (Ethernet link) with a standard notebook computer. The SCU contains a processor that can manage up to 20 channels of transducer input/output. For convenience and reliability, all analog switching is software controlled; no manipulation of the SCU is necessary.

Viper Signature Software was developed using Mircosoft® Visual Studio.NET and runs in Microsoft® Windows® XP.
