In 1983 CRANE Valve Services elevated the industry standard for valve diagnostics by delivering the first portable diagnostic system to the power generation industry. Since then, our goal has been to continuously deliver value to our customers by maximizing their valve and actuator performance, while minimizing the resources required for testing. We accomplish this by technology. Over the years, our significant advances in diagnostic technology have eliminated the standardized "guess-work" of valve diagnostics by allowing the technician to solve valve and actuator performance problems based on concise, quantitative data, yielded by our diagnostic systems.
Today, CRANE Valve Services offers an array of modular valve and motor diagnostic systems, sensors/transducers, peripherals and software designed to provide accurate assessments of valve, actuator, and motor performance for diverse market applications. For power plants, technicians utilize our Viper 20 and Universal Diagnostic System to efficiently isolate valve and motor problems and provide effective solutions in less time, with less effort, while expending fewer resources. This means greater efficiency for the entire valve process system. For offshore applications, we utilize ValveWatch®, our Emergency Shutdown Valve (ESV) system to provide early warning of leakage, potential failure and the highest margin of safety for platform personnel and equipment.
Our Kennesaw, Georgia (USA) facility provides the expertise of Product Development, Application Engineering and Design, Manufacturing and Calibration for these systems.
